INSTRUCTIONS: Place transfer on shirt, press at 325 Degrees Fahrenheit for 7 seconds, hot peel carrier sheet and press again for 7 seconds. Use heavy pressure.
NO TEFLON SHEETS, COVERS or PILLOWS needed.
